Chief people officer - Debbie Eyitayo

Debbie joins us from Swansea Bay University Health Board in Wales, where she was executive director of workforce and organisational development. Prior to this, Debbie held the role of executive director of people at Epsom and St Helier Hospitals NHS Trust.

Debbie is an experienced human resources and organisational development professional, having begun her career in the early 1990s, initially as a civil servant at the Crown Prosecution Service, joining the NHS in 2000.

Debbie is also a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development and during her NHS career she has held a number of roles within the acute and community sector as well as integrated care organisations.
