Debbie Corcoran
Debbie has over 20 years' experience as a senior civil servant in skills funding, strategy and delivery, most recently with the Government’s Skills Funding Agency where she led the team responsible for improving the quality and financial performance of colleges and private training providers in Lancashire, Liverpool City Region and Cumbria.
Debbie’s background in governance includes board level representation on public sector and partnership boards, and also as a governor in a Lancashire Further Education College. Debbie was also the lay member for patient and public involvement at Greater Preston CCG, before the ICB was formed.
Debbie studied at the University of Liverpool, has a MBA and, as well as being chair of the Public Engagement Involvement and Advisory Committee, she is director of governance at Nelson and Colne College.
