Partner member for Local Authority - Denise Park

Denise has 30 years’ local government experience, joining Blackburn with Darwen when it became a new unitary authority in April 1998.

She has worked with services across the local authority leading on the budget strategy and a number of corporate transformation programmes and key partnerships.

Whilst Deputy Chief Executive, she was responsible for all resources and place-based services, including regeneration, growth and environment.
