As a public body, NHS Lancashire and South Cumbria Integrated Care Board is required to publish equality information each year to show that we’re complying with the Public Sector Equality Duty. This information takes the form of an equality, diversity and inclusion annual report. Our first Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Annual Report was approved by the Board in September 2023.
