Patient notice: Temporary closure of Hillside Health Centre

Due to a suspected gas leak, Hillside Health Centre in Skelmersdale has been evacuated and the building closed.

Patients of the Manor Primary Care and Beacon Primary Care GP practices with affected appointments are being contacted.

Some appointments will go ahead as planned but at a different location.

Due to the evacuation patients may experience some difficulty in contacting the practices, however phone lines are being redirected and calls will be answered.

We are unable to say at this time when the building will reopen. Please do not attempt to attend any appointments at Hillside Health Centre.
